Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is "Does the implementation of the strategy everyone is a teacher here can improve student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X SMAN 1 Indralaya? This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in economic subjects by applying the strategy everyone is a teacher here in class X SMAN 1 Indralaya. The subjects of the study were students of class X IPS 3 with a total of 33 students located at SMAN 1 Indralaya, South Sumatra Regency. Data collection techniques used were tests and observations of research results. The mean value for class X IPS 3 at the pretest was 45.09 with the highest value of 60 and the lowest value of 28 and the mean value at the posttest of 72.48 with the highest value of 88 and the lowest value of 48. From the average value obtained it turns out the student test results in class X IPS 3 have increased. This means that the use of active learning strategies every type is a teacher here can improve student learning outcomes.
