Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the implications of learning media on students' motivation to learn online class XI at SMA Widya Manggala. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The total population was 103 students and a sample of 51 students was taken and the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study are based on the results of the simple regression test, the equation is Y = 38.446 + 0.583, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.568, which means that the relationship of learning media with the learning motivation of class XI students at SMA Widya Manggala is moderate. The coefficient of determination is r2 = 0.323 or 32.3%, which means that the influence of learning media on the learning motivation of class XI students is 32.3%, while the 67.7% difference is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was obtained Adjust R Square (coefficient of determination) of 0.309, which means that the influence of the learning media variable (X) on learning motivation (Y) was 30.9% while the 69.1% was explained by other variables not examined in this research. Based on the results of the t test, the t count was 4,831 and the t table value was known to be 2.00758. By comparing the t count with t table, it is found that t count> t table = 4,831> 2,00758 because the t value is greater than t table, it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of the learning media variable is significant and the results obtained from the comparison of the value of Sig. with a significance level: sig a = 0.000 <0.05. Because sig <α, it can be concluded that the regression coefficient on the learning media variable partially (individually) affects the motivation to learn online learning. Thus the learning media has an influence on students' online learning motivation in the pandemic era.
